Size of business:  If your business has under 25 employees, your needs for sustainability may be much less than if you have a larger business with over 100 employees.

Length of services:  Consulting for a one-time evaluation or an ongoing sustainability program will affect your fee.

Type of business:  Your fee will be affected based on the type of business that you operate.  For example, a business that has 50 office personnel will be different than a business that has 50 delivery drivers; or a manufacturing based business with few employees but using numerous resources.
